Clinton, 'Change the Constitution'

Hillary wants to change the Constitution (see this) to give full voting rights in the House of Representatives to all United States territories including Guam, D.C., Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Samoa. Currently, such representation is only bestowed upon states.

Not exactly an earth-shattering stance, but since Guam was in the spotlight, why not pander? It didn't help Hillary much however, Obama wins by 7 votes.

Forget super delegates, now that the residents of Guam have weighed in on the battle, is there any more to be said? The idea is just as good as the current Democrat process, isn't it?

The victory in the tiny South Pacific island caucuses does nothing to breathe new life into Barack's campaign. The wheels are clearly coming off his train.
