Some threw tomatoes to support the wife of fallen Philly police officer Daniel Faulkner. Others may throw eggs at a local campaign office. Some will go so far as to rush a stage attempting to put a pie in Ann Coulter's face.
Civil discourse has many forms.
Some take a sledgehammer to a car in the parking lot at Lincoln Financial Field to show their opinion of the Dallas Cowboys. Sure it's a violent form of civil discourse, but no one gets hurt.
Commonwealth Foundation has an article about the civil discourse of 2nd Amendment supporters who want to take aim at an old car, covered in anti-freedom slogans, with their (brace yourself) guns.
Shocking, I know.
But that's nothing compared to the reaction by the left, who would have you believe this kind of discourse is dangerous. 'Right-wing-nut-jobs', that's what Alan Colmes believes these people are. Joe Hoeffel (progressive) says they can't talk straight while hoping they shoot straight. Keith Olbermann thinks they lack an ability to read.
Name-calling and insults: what you turn to when you have nothing else intelligent to say.

Olbermann, the "editorial page" of NBC
From TVNEWSER, NBC CEO Jeff Zucker sees Keith Olbermann's Countdown as the editorial page of NBC.
It's about time someone in the MSM admits a little bias. In fact he stated he felt "incredibly comfortable" with Olbermann's show. What is it with these guys and tingly feelings for each other?
Unfortunately, Zucker failed to admit that Hardball, the Nightly News, the Today Show, and Meet the Press are just as biased and editorial in nature. They just aren't as blantently obvious about it as Keith.
"For most of its day [MSNBC] is the rest of the front section of the newspaper and then brings an editorial point of view from its editorial page at 8 o'clock at night,"

MSNBC - Olbermann and Matthews Bye-Bye
From the Washington Post, MSNBC is replacing the pair as hosts of their live political coverage because they are too opinionated (try biased). That's good news except David Gregory - not exactly fair or balanced himself - will be replacing them.
The article didn't mention if both Obama cheerleaders were going to lose their prime-time and Sunday morning shows, but one can hope.
Don't let the door hit you in the rear-end fellas!

Son of a...
More bad news for Democrats.
Let me decipher for you. It's good news for the country.
Here's how Democrats Joe Biden, Harry Reid, John Murtha, Jim Webb, Chuck Schumer, saw the issue...
And my personal favorite, Keith Olbermann with a 10-plus minute Special Comment when Bush announced the surge.
...it's special alright!
And yet today, Olbermann feels he's credible enough to scrutinize Sarah Palin's resume? I guess ESPN knew what kind of fraud they were letting go.

Hurricane Gustov - Good News for Idiots
Mike Moore is a moron. Sorry Mom, you taught me better. But this disgrace of a human being is thanking God for hurricane Gustav.
His logic, as stated on Olbermann tonight, it could ruin the GOP convention plans and remind everyone of what happened three years ago. He (and Olberschmuck) goes on to ridicule Bush for celebrating John McCain's 70th birthday the same morning (Monday) Katrina hit. Moore was making a lame attempt to show the two as out of touch at the moment when New Orleans was in harms way.
Way to have a firm grip on reality boys. You are aware it wasn't until Tuesday when the pumps failed and the levies broke, right? Which means the disaster Katrina left in her wake wasn't yet realized (chronologically speaking) when the birthday photo you two geniuses referenced was taken.
Moore's thoughts on Sarah Palin? Republican women are just dumb. Solid argument Mike, no really, I mean it.

Olbermann Crazy - Part 2

Another Hat Tip to Dan (The Professor) Cirucci for more evidence that MSNBC's biggest star, is nothing more than a typical media elitist.
I wonder if he'll make his own "Worst Person in the World" list anytime soon.
Hey Keith, you sure are first-class entertainment.

Olbermann - Crazy

Rupert Murdoch, founder of the 'fair and balanced' Fox News channel was quoted by several media outlets saying he thinks Barack Obama will win in a landslide.
Slightly less reported was this Wall Street Journal article where Murdoch shares his opinion of Keith Olbermann. Asked whether he would consider hiring MSNBC's prime time host to bring more balance to Fox News, Rupert said,
"No, I fired him five years ago… He’s crazy."
There was one other worthy quote from this piece. It reveals Murdoch's opinion of domestic oil drilling and U.S. energy policy, where he states,
"We didn’t buy Alaska to save a couple of elk"
You know, some people out there DO get it.

Democrat Shirts
The product of MSM news, public education, Keith Olbermann, and liberal parenting, all wrapped up in one website...
I'm sure their folks are proud.
