James O'Keefe, the filmmaker who has been releasing his work in pieces on BigGovernment.com, Hannah Giles who posed as the prostitute, and Andrew Breitbart, owner of the website, are all named in the lawsuit.
When asked how he felt about the potential legal fight, O'Keefe said,
"Bring it on...If they want to equate sex trafficking of young girls with videotaping someone without their consent, that's their moral prerogative, but that just shows you how low they are."
During the discovery phase of the lawsuit ACORN will have additional light shed on their shady organization. This plays right into the film maker's plans - to expose the community organizers.
The first rule of hole digging - when you find yourself in one, stop digging. This rule is apparently lost on the wizards who run ACORN. (psst, see Wade Rathke)
