The First Amendment Joke?

If he were just the only one and it was in fact a joke, no problem. But as far as I know, he hasn't apologized or corrected the statement.

Additionally, we have our "Diversity Czar" who, as Newsbusters points out, believes the First Amendment is a "freedom that's all too often an exaggeration".
